Refund & Return Policy

At Freedom Clothing, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us at www.freedom.com.np.
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • The return request is made within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the order.

Note: Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags are not eligible for return or refund.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  3. Our team will review your request and coordinate with you for return pickup or drop-off, depending on your location.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer/eSewa/Khalti (for Cash on Delivery orders).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

4. Exchange Policy

You may exchange your product for:

  • The same item in a different size or color, or

  • A different item of equal or higher value (price difference to be adjusted accordingly).

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear and undergarments

  • Discounted or clearance sale items

  • Customized or altered products

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

We will arrange for a free replacement or refund at no extra cost.
